Jilin Renmin Theater

Jilin Renmin Theater, covered about 49,290 sq m, is the first multi-function theater in Jilin province.

It has five floors in total — four on the ground and one underground. The design was inspired by the traditional Manchu people’s costume of a horse-hoof-shaped cuff and a cape collar, and their typical sport, horse riding archery.

The theater contains four areas for offices, actors, audiences, and performances. It features 10 dressing rooms, two rehearsal rooms, five rest rooms for performers, and 14 piano rooms, two rest rooms for VIPs and four halls for films.

The large film hall features 1,527 seats and the smaller one has 503. Catering, exhibition zones and training areas are also included in the theater.
