Sompo Insurance China Co, Ltd is a wholly-foreign-owned insurance company of Sompo Insurance registered in Dalian, Liaoning province. Its Shanghai Branch was established in 2007.
The Shanghai Branch mainly provides services to Japanese-funded enterprises, with products including business property insurance, cargo insurance, liability insurance, credit insurance, guarantee insurance, short-term health insurance and accidental injury insurance. In addition, it actively provides reinsurance for the Chinese-funded insurance market.
