Yong An Property Insurance Co, Ltd Shanghai Branch

Founded in 1996 in Xi'an, Yong An Property Insurance Co, Ltd (Yong An Insurance) is a state-holding company with a registered capital of over 3 billion yuan ($480 million). It established a branch in Shanghai in 2012, and operated 27 branches in 23 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities by the end of 2017.

Yong An Insurance mainly works on motor vehicle insurance, accident insurance, travel insurance and health insurance. It has also introduced mobile internet technologies to innovate its sales model, and established partnerships with the head office of Agricultural Bank of China as well as international reinsurance companies and accounting firms to enhance its services.
