Tianjin residents pay close attention to 2018 two sessions

On March 5, Tianjin residents watched the opening meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress.

Cuixiyuan community in Hongqiao district had organized Party members to watch the meeting on television.

Li Zhongheng, an 82-year old retired expert from a military enterprise, said, "We have seen the development of our hometown. The national defense science and technology and military facilities have been placed in the front ranks of the world. But, we still need more high-quality technicians, and the spirit of craftsman should be inherited."

Staff members of Tianjin No. 3 Bus Company gathered to watch the meeting. Party secretary Zhu Wenqing said that the company gathered employees for that purpose, and they conveyed the spirit of the meeting by Wechat. "In the future, I hope the intelligentized degree of buses will be improved, and buses lanes should be added."Zhu said.

The Linguli community organized residents and Party members watched the meeting in the activity center. Party secretary Zhang Xinyou said "I will try my best to do more things to benefit residents and make the community comfortable and livable."

Wang Honggui is on one of the voluntary teams and also a Party member. He stressed that he will do more voluntary things to help people in the future and make contributions to society.

Staff members of the Tianjin Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau watched the meeting together. They will learn and spread the spirit of the 2018 two sessions, work as the government work report has said and promote the development of Tianjin's economy.

Residents of Jiujianglu community in Hexi district also watched the meeting in the activity center.

Chen Guoqiang, a 72-year old Party member, said that retired people are thankful for the care given by the government.

Jiang Tao is a student who will graduate from the university in June 2018. Jiang cares about policies of employment and entrepreneurship, and believes that the "Internet plus" model will prove convenient to everyone.
