With a long history of over 80 years, the five-star garden hotel is the first state guesthouse after the founding of the People's Republic of China, and has since received over 500 heads of state and government around the world. Jin Jiang Hotel is also famous for its 300-seat well-equipped Jinjiang Small Auditorium that has witnessed numerous major national and international conferences since opening. It is the place where the Sino-US Joint Communique and China-Japan Joint Statement were released. Apart from the auditorium, several other halls, clubs and business centers in the three main buildings are also available for all kinds of high-end political and business conferences, banquets, weddings and celebrations.
