The second Hasuhai Kite Festival will open at Chilechuan Culture Tourism Park in Tumd Left Banner, Hohhot, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region on April 14.
The festival will feature activities including kite flying, a parent-child marathon and a sports meet.
Differing from the previous festival, this year's edition will offer more cultural events such as drawing kites and making potties[MOU1] . These events are expected to help tourists enjoy the charms of traditional culture.
During the opening ceremony, the tourism park will offer special discounts for visitors.
The festival was first held in 2012, attracting more than 40,000 tourists across the city.
