16th Conference on International Exchange of Professionals to open in Shenzhen

The Conference on International Exchange of Professionals (CIEP), which is regarded as China's first talent conference, will hold its 16th session in Shenzhen from April 14-15.

This year's CIEP will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center and will focus on the latest achievements in attracting new talent, creating a development environment for international talents, and building a match-making and exchange platform.

A range of job fairs will be hosted during the conference, with more than 1,500 companies from across China gathering in Shenzhen to offer upwards of 30,000 jobs. Job fairs will also be held for the recruitment of overseas returnees and talents from Hong Kong and other foreign countries.

Major activities will include an exhibition showcasing achievements in intelligence introduction, in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up, as well as professional forums and meetings.
