Wuxi to cooperate with American art studio

The signing ceremony for an agreement between Wuxi Qian Kiln Culture Company and Richard Macdonald Studios was held in Wuxi Studios on April 4. The agreement is aimed at promoting culture exchanges and cooperation between China and America.

The works of Qian Kiln and Wuxi artists will be exhibited in America by Richard Macdonald Studios, while Wuxi Qian Kiln Culture Company will display the works of Richard Macdonald, a master of figurative sculpture.

Known for his bronze sculptures and his association with Cirque Du Soleil, Richard Macdonald is a contemporary figurative artist who consistently makes use of models to create sculptures. His models are often celebrated dancers, performers, and athletes.

Wuxi Qian Kiln Culture Company is a comprehensive cultural company that integrates cultural product research and development, art exhibitions, art collections, and investment in cultural projects. It is committed to promoting Chinese culture, especially Wuxi's local culture, around the world. It has successively organized Chinese culture and art exhibitions in France, Turkey, Australia and other countries.

According to the Wuxi Municipal Planning Bureau, a creative and cultural center will be built in Wuxi Studios by Wuxi Qian Kiln Culture Company. Covering an area of 11,000 square meters, the center will focus on Sino-American cultural exchange and provide a platform for high-end cultural art exhibits and studios for artists.
