The Guizhou Tourism Alliance held its 2018 annual conference and passed governing regulations in Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province, on March 30.
Established in September 2017, the alliance is an open and non-profit organization composed of the Guizhou Tourism Group and many other leading entities of production and research in the tourism industry. It aims to help its members adapt to the supply-side reform and the economic "new normal" in China.
In 2018, the Guizhou Tourism Coalition will continue exploring creation of a win-win relationship between its members and financial entities leading to on-going cooperation, according to Yang Yingwen, director of the alliance.
At the same time, it will also enhance its connections with the local government to come up with creative and attractive tourist projects, hoping to contribute to solving the major issues facing Guizhou's present tourism economy.
