COCO Park (Futian)

Located in Shenzhen's central business area, COCO Park in Futian district is a modern shopping mall with integrated metro station. It is a 5-floor complex near the city's convention and exhibition center, with building coverage of 85,000 square meters.

COCO Park is Galaxy Group's 700 million investment project, and was built with joint efforts from a team at the world's top management company Hong Kong Kai Shing, well-known Chinese designer Alan Chan and a series of American architects, including URBAN, Belt Collins, Woods Bagot and Graphia.

The mall has a 6,000 square meter outdoor square in the center, 12 commercial streets, 5 atriums set in natural light, and a collection of over 150 prestigious brands, providing a wide variety of products and leisure activities. There are five major consumer industries in COCO Park: jeans, sports & digital, undergarments and hosiery, household and international fashion brands. There are also bars, clubs, supermarkets, theaters and cinemas.
