Shanghai Soong Ching Ling School International Division

Soong Ching Ling School is comprised of a multi-cultural primary and middle school located in the Shanghai Zhaoxiang residential area. It boasts a 30-acre campus and is funded by the China Welfare Institution (CWI). For the past few years, Soong Ching Ling School has been a setting for teaching, training and research of the highest educational caliber.

Following the educational philosophy of Madame Soong Ching Ling, "Giving children the most valuable things", our school fully integrates the 70 years of rich teaching resources provided by the CWI. Our school vision is supported by the past 20 years of exploratory educational practices provided by the renowned Soong Ching Ling Kindergarten.

Soong Ching Ling School, International Division, utilizes both Chinese and Western faculty in order to promote a global educational outlook. Every class has one full-time Chinese homeroom teacher and one full-time Western homeroom teacher. Accordingly, students will be taught in to both Chinese and Western course content as well as Chinese and Western instructional methods in their daily school life. We are committed to providing the highest quality combination of Western English, Science and Humanities courses alongside our Chinese language and Mathematics programs.
