Yantai Stomatological Hospital, founded in 1952, is developing into a Grade 3A special dental hospital combining dental research, teaching, and oral disease prevention. It is the key specialist dental facility of Shandong Province, and the main dental teaching hospital affiliated to Binzhou Medical College, the Shandong University School of Stomatology and the Dalian Medical University School of Stomatology.

Yantai Stomatological Hospital has one main building and several branches. There are a total of 482 staffs with two “Yantai double-hundred plan” talents, 172 doctors and postgraduate workers, 73 associate senior doctors and above, four master tutors and four part-time master tutors and ten different oral clinical departments with 260 dental treatment chairs and 50 inpatient beds.
