Founded in 1952, The East China University of Politics and Law is the largest and one of the most prestigious law schools in China.
The university currently has around 10,000 students. Its leading disciplines are Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Civil and Commercial Law, Procedural Law, Economic Law, Environmental Law and International Law. It is the only law school in East China that offers PhD programs in law.
The school offers degree and non-degree education for international students who want to study law or Chinese here.
