Hohhot National Experimental School

The predecessor of Hohhot National Experimental School was Hohhot Xing'an Road National Elementary School. It was founded in 1985 and was renamed Hohhot National Experimental School in May this year. It is the only complete primary school teaching mainly in the Mongolian language in Hohhot. At present, the school has 36 teaching classes and more than 1,700 students, including over 100 students from Mongolia, Russia, South Korea, Japan and other countries.

In 2009, Saihan district invested 130 million yuan in the reconstruction of the original site of Xing'an Road National Primary School. The school now covers an area of more than 15,000 square meters. The school buildings cover an area of more than 27,000 square meters. There are a total of 50 standard classrooms.
