International students who have completed the required courses of study within the time limit specified by the university and met the requirements for graduation in terms of moral, intellectual and physical quality can be allowed to graduate and be conferred on diplomas by the university.
International students who have completed the required courses of study within the time limit specified by the university, but failed to meet the requirements for graduation can be allowed to complete a course and be conferred on certificates of completion. It is up to the university to decide whether one can take a makeup exam, retake a course after failing to pass examination or make up for a graduation project, thesis, and defense, or be conferred on a diploma. The diploma granted after meeting the requirements shall have the graduation date in line with the date of issuance.
The students that have studied for more than one year and dropped out of college shall be granted a certificate of studying at college.
