Yuefang ID Mall is located in the Wuyi business core area, at the intersection of Pozi Street in Tianxin district and the commercial Pedestrian Street on Huangxing Road. Its construction area is 120,000 square meters. The building has seven floors with two floors underground (B1 for business and B2 for parking). Yuefang ID Mall is owned and operated by Hunan Yingfu Real Estate Co Ltd, a member firm of Citic Capital Holdings Co Ltd.

More and more international fashion brands including Uniqlo, Muji, H&M, Novo, J. Lindeberg, Miss Sixty, Chocolate, B+Ab, Watson's, Costa Coffee and Pacific Coffee have been drawn to Yuefang ID Mall to meet the needs of young consumers in Changsha and surrounding cities since it was opened for business. The mall has attracted over 170 brands from Europe, America, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong and Taiwan. For 70 of them it was their first entry into Changsha.
