Dalian Scientific and Technological Innovation Park upgraded to provincial level

A document released on Feb 25, upgrading Dalian Scientific and Technological Innovation Park to a provincial-level economic development zone. According to the document, the park was renamed Dalian Clean Energy Industrial Development Zone, with a planning area of 9.87 square kilometers.
