Wuxi Binhu district optimizes approval process for major projects

Binhu district in Wuxi, East China's Jiangsu province began carrying out the "3550" project late last year in order to accelerate system innovation, which in turn will optimize the approval process and joint trial system for major projects.

Two of the seven major projects in 2017 have been approved and the other five, including the construction of the new area of Wuxi Best Precision Machinery Co Ltd, are pending approval.

Hua Gang, manager of Best's construction project, said that the government has allowed Wuxi Best to finish the approval process and begin construction without delay. With the help of the government of Binhu district, it will take just 20 days to receive authorization to use land for the purpose of construction.

Wuxi's Binhu district will continue making plans and coordinating its resources to accelerate the examination and approval process for major projects, in order to offer high-quality services to enterprises.

The government plans to improve the efficiency of its policy support, the timeliness of administrative examination and approval processes, and the ingenuity of element security, as well as ensure that projects can be implemented efficiently.
