People reenact a historical event from the Qing Dynasty, in which the emperor dressed up for a cruise in Huishan Ancient Town. In 1751, Emperor Qianlong visited South China for the first time, and designated Jichang Garden in Xihui Park as a place of rest. He was very impressed by the beauty of the garden. The trips Qianlong made in that 36 year period are known today as the "Journeys to Jiangnan". [Photo/js.Chinanews.com]
