Tianjin introduces Beijing enterprises for regional coordinated development

Beichen district of Tianjin will join the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Plan in 2018.

In 2017, Beichen formulated seven regulations and policies such as attracting business and investment and supporting manufacturing industries to grasp the opportunities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Coordinated Development Plan. Beichen district has introduced 160 projects from Beijing with investment of 6.40 billion yuan ($1.01 billion).

Tianjin Pauway Power Equipment used to be a trading and research enterprise in Beijing, and did not have its own production lines. For better development, it added production lines and chose to be located in Beichen district.

As eighty percent of Tianjin Pauway's production is exported, the company chose Tianjin for its convenient transportation. Another reason to choose the location was that Tianjin Pauway has signed a cooperation agreement with the Tianjin Academy of Environmental Sciences and the Institute of Seawater Desalination and Multipurpose Utilization (Tianjin). Tianjin Pauway has also signed with enterprises in the industrial park.

Tianjin, as an old industrial base, offers convenient facilities for enterprises' development.

Tianjin Dry Port Logistics has transformed and upgraded in the Beichen Economic and Technological Development Area as it develops from an enterprise focused on basic logistics to modern logistics, and has created a comprehensive supply chain ecological system.
