Empty nesters celebrate Lantern Festival

Elderly residents of Daowai district in Harbin gather to celebrate the approaching Lantern Festival, which falls on March 2 this year. Sponsored by the district’s civilization office, the activity is targeted at empty nesters in Harbin.
