Tourism courts set up in Shenyang, NE China

A number of tourist attractions in Shenyang, capital of Liaoning province, set up tourism circuit courts on Feb 28, making Shenyang the first city in Northeast China to get the courts. 

Tourist attractions taking part in the initiative include Shenyang Guai Po scenic area, Beiling Park, the Industrial Museum of China and Qipan Mountain scenic area. The director of Shenyang tourism department said that the establishment of tourism circuit courts marked progress in solving tourism disputes and building a comprehensive management system for the tourism market.

With the establishment of such courts, especially those set up in scenic areas, tourism disputes can be solved timely and efficiently, so as to ensure the legitimate rights and interests of tourists, as well as to create a healthy, standardized and orderly tourism market in Shenyang.
