Public transport service ranking released

Recently, Changsha Transport Administrative Bureau (CTAB) released the service ranking of Changsha's public transport in January. Changsha public transport scored an average of 96.93 points for service quality, down 0.08 points; The taxi scored an average of 79.31 points, down 1.42 points; The road passenger transport scored 95.89 points.

In January, CTAB handled 1,118 complaints about public transport services, among which 413 are from the bus industry. Baojun Bus Company received the least complaints while Hunan Bus Company received the most. The taxi industry received 705 complaints.

Tongchang Taxi Company received the least complaint rate while Today's Lady the most. The 10 bus routes scoring the least were as follows: Hunan Bus No 3, Baojun Bus No 801, Baojun Bus No 808, Longxiang Bus No 502, Hunan Bus No 906, Hunan Bus No 101, Hunan Bus No 348 , Baojun Bus No 802 , Hunan Bus No 317 and Hunan Bus No 140.

In January, a total of 242 cases of public transport industry violations were investigated, including 173 cases of illegal acts in the bus industry. The taxi industry has 69 cases of violation. The subway transport scored 93.68 points. Subway Line 2 scored 91.52 points, compared with Line 1's 92.25 points.
