Jilin province updates commercial system

The Industry and Commerce Administration of Jilin Province focused on commercial system transformation and adopted innovative measures in 2017, which attracted private investment, improved the trading environment and increased employment.

A policy combining various certificates into one card has simplified the registration process and made it much easier for entrepreneurs to start their own businesses and begin innovative programs.

In addition, the entire registration process is now digitalized. People can apply for certificates and check the results online.

To date, 7,662 enterprises have finished their quick registration and the processing period has been reduced from 45 workdays to 15.

The Administration has also created a draft platform to monitor staff members and client enterprises at the public service offices, with results to be released to the public.

These measures encourage the growth of small and midium-sized enterprises in the province and offer them support through data processing and entrepreneurship training.
