Two Ordos residents offer dumplings to sanitation workers

Hot dumplings were offered to local sanitation workers by two residents in Ordos, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, on Jan 24, according to a local news release.

The two residents were Fan Le, an owner of a fitness club, and her cousin Wu Xiaoqing who operates a restaurant.

Touched after seeing a sanitation worker sweating from hard work, despite the freezing weather, Fan decided to partner with her cousin to make dumplings for the workers in the city’s Dongsheng district.

Over 100 staff members from Wu’s restaurant also joined in the activity and helped make some 4,000 dumplings, which were later distributed to the workers.
