Innovation expo to kick off in Guangzhou

The China (Guangzhou) Intelligent Equipment and Robot Expo is due to take place in Guangzhou, Guangdong province from June 22 to 24.

The three-day event will be jointly hosted by the China Communications Industry Association, China Association for Mechatronics Technology & Application, and two other organizations in Guangdong.

Covering an area of 30,000 square meters, visitors will have the chance to learn about the latest cutting-edge technologies and other pioneering products ranging from pharmaceuticals to automobiles, logistics, food, energy, home appliances, and building materials, according to the event organizer.  

In addition, there will be a sharing session on intelligent solutions to a variety of problems currently facing the world, with an award ceremony being held as well.

As of now, more than 20 renowned enterprises from both home and abroad plan to participate in the expo, including Sany Heavy Industry, internet giant Baidu Inc and e-commerce company JD.com.
