China Southern adds hundreds of flights for holiday

An additional 667 China Southern Airlines Zhuhai flights will carry at least 110,000 more passengers during the Feb 1-to-March 12 Spring Festival travel rush.

The carrier will add one more airplane at Zhuhai (Jinwan) Airport, bringing the fleet here to 11, it was announced on Jan 22. Furthermore, in addition to new routes to Changde of Hunan Province, Fuzhou of Fujian, and Nanyang of Henan, more flights will be scheduled for Zhengzhou of Henan, Nanchang of Jiangxi, Guiyang of Guizhou, Changsha of Hunan, Xi'an of Shaanxi, Hangzhou of Zhejiang, Haikou of Hainan, and Taiyuan of Shanxi.

Additionally, China Southern Zhuhai will set up extra check-in service counters and draft contingency plans to make sure passengers can board on time.
