Jiuyuan district of Baotou, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, is to develop a cross-border e-commerce industrial park with a signing ceremony held on Jan 12, marking the district’s efforts to tap cross-border e-commerce, reports Baotou Daily.
A total of 100 million yuan ($15.54 million) will be spent on the industrial park project.
The annual revenue of the industrial park is expected to reach 400 to 500 million yuan once it has been operating for five years.
Some 2,000 job vacancies will be offered annually in the industrial park.
