Lushunkou promotes green economic zone development

With the spirit of deepening reform of its talent development system, Lushunkou will introduce high-level talents, strengthen service guarantees, and integrate the resources of colleges and universities to promote the development of a green economic zone.

Lushunkou will welcome Sinopec's Dalian Research Institute to further strengthen the concept and create a high-end leading and coordinated talent work pattern.

Focusing on being "innovation leading" and a "strong talent area", Lushunkou will crack down on a sensed lack of motivation and innovation to perfect organizational structures, strengthen the incubation platform, improve systems and procedures, accelerate the construction of a comprehensive talent system, highlight the area's autonomy and build a talent development district.

Fully relying on the "Hongyan Alliance" branch station and the talent workstation construction, Lushunkou will focus on improving service quality, broadening service area and scope, effectively enhancing service guarantees and promulgating policies to provide a better environment for people from all walks of life.  

Since the beginning of this year the alliance has provided more than 300 consultations for talent employment services regarding more than 1,500 jobs from more than 30 hot sectors, such as the ship manufacturing and machinery processing industries. The alliance's work has enabled about 230 people to reach their goals.

In the following years, with its anticipated higher education resources, Lushunkou will continue to build a good educational environment for people of all ages, including professional talents and younger people who need practical experience.

At the same time, with the help of supporting programs such as "Entrepreneurship Inspection College" and the joint improvement project for school talents, more young talents will emerge.
