Local writer shares writing experience

Yi Xiaowan, a Baotou writer, hosted a symposium sharing her stories and views on writing on Jan 12, marking the beginning of Jiuyuan district’s move to promote literature and arts among residents, reports Baotou Daily.

More than 20 members of Baotou Writers’ Association and Baotou Literature and Art Critics Association attended the activity.

Jiuyuan district of Baotou is to host more than 60 cultural activities in 2018 including symposiums and lectures.

Yi Xiaowan, a female writer born in the 1980s, now works at Jiuyuan District Library. Yi is famous for her essay collections, with a heart-warming and encouraging writing style.
