The Beihang Xingkong GIS (Group Innovation Space), located in Sino-Singapore Eco-City, is now operational. Beihang Xingkong GIS will take advantage of Beihang University and Beihang Investment to attract innovation resources and programs and leading technologies to activate economic development.
Sino-Singapore Eco-city was constructed by the Chinese and Singapore governments, and is the first green development comprehensive demonstration area in China.

Beihang Xingkong GIS covers 1,600 square meters, and has five independent offices and 90 seats, as well as a 40-person meeting room, a guest room and a recreation area. It also offers Wi-Fi, office furniture, and a food vending machine. The GIS aims to build an opening innovative system to provide a better environment for work and networking, social activities, and resource sharing.
The Lingyi Feihang project is currently being incubated by Beihang Xingkong GIS. The project involves variable camber adaptive wing technology, a leading technology in aircraft design that can improve flight efficiency.

Besides Beihang Xingkong GIS, ThinkBig, a national incubator, TusStar incubator and Hvianda Full-Process Service Incubator have settled in Sino-Singapore Eco-city.
Beihang Xingkong GIS focuses on intelligent manufacturing, and will promote the development of intelligent industry in eco-city. The electronic information research institute co-built by eco-city and Tsinghua University expects to incubate 30 scientific projects in the next five years.
Eighty-two enterprises have settled in TusStar incubator, and twenty big data companies are now in the Hvianda Full- Process Service Incubator.
