Ningbo to roll out this year's two sessions

The second session of the 15th Ningbo Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) will begin on Jan 14, starting the annual two sessions of Ningbo, Zhejiang province. The third session of the 15th Ningbo People's Congress, the other part of the two sessions, is scheduled to begin on Jan 16.

The agenda and major topics of the sessions were announced during the news conference on Jan 10.

At the five-day Ningbo People's Congress, deputies will be briefed on the work reports from government agencies, review the projects concerning people's lives for the work in 2018 and discuss the draft regulations on home-based care for the aged.

Moreover, Ningbo deputies to Zhejiang's 13th People's Congress will also be voted.

The session of the Ningbo Committee of the CPPCC, scheduled to close on Jan 18, is going to focus on refined management in the city and the administrative reform in addition to the work reports over the last year.
