13.58m yuan boosts entrepreneurship in high-tech district

A total of 13.58 million yuan ($2.07 million) in start-up loans has been released for Baotou Rare Earth High-Tech Industrial Development Zone to date, in order to encourage innovation and entrepreneurship in the district, according to a Dec 22 Baotou Daily report.
The start-up loans were issued to businesses involved in the sale of daily necessities, sale of clothing, and the catering services industry.
