A 10.8-meter-diameter and 1.2-meter-height pot was shipped to the Panlong Temple in Lushunkou, Liaoning province on Dec 23.

The pot will be used during the Lantern Festival parade in 2018. Ten thousand kilograms of Tangyuan, the traditional food for the Lantern Festival, will be cooked in the 65-ton-capacity vessel and served to 50,000 visitors for free.
The pot, made of stainless steel, is the biggest thin-wall and integral-molded cooking utensil in China.
Cast by and Dalian Dingjin General Machinery Company, it will be a new cultural coordinate of Lushunkou.
