Ordos Central Hospital
Ordos Central Hospital, founded in 1950, is the first hospital in Ordos, North China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region. It is also the only 3A-grade hospital, the highest in China's three-tier grading system for public hospitals in Ordos.
The hospital is affiliated to Inner Mongolia Medical University. It has 16 provincial-level key specialties, including imaging, orthopedics, general surgery and ophthalmology, among which the critical care medicine is a national key specialty and the ultrasound medicine is a leading specialty in the autonomous region.
The hospital has two branches in Kangbashi district and Dongsheng district respectively with the construction area of 260,000 square meters. A total of 1,700 inpatient beds are available at the hospital. The hospital is also equipped with advanced medical facilities, such as PEC-CT, color doppler ultrasound machine and angiography machine, to deal with different kinds of diseases.
