A training course targeted at listed companies was held in Harbin, Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province on Dec 12.
The training aimed to improve the awareness of listed companies to operate under the guidance of operation specifications and standards.
Experts from China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) introduced the newest regulatory policies, and the policies on mergers and acquisitions for 150 business representatives from Harbin’s 26 listed companies.
As of December 2017, there are 26 listed companies in Harbin, including six companies listed on overseas exchanges.
Harbin Mediafan Pharmaceutical Co is the only newly-listed company in Harbin for 2017, and was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange in September.
The total market value of Harbin’s listed companies reached 284.58 billion yuan ($43.05 billion) this year.
