On the other hand, the Guangzhou-Zhuhai Railway, Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity MRT, and Airport and Gaolan Port expressways have come into service.
The Guangzhou-Zhuhai Intercity MRT railway line that connects Guangzhou, Foshan, Jiangmen and Zhuhai is working on its extension lines. "Two-center three-level" passenger and cargo transport hub systems connecting three logistics parks and eight logistics centers are to form a crisscross network that reinforces Zhuhai as a hub city on the west bank of the Pearl River Delta, according to the Integrated Transportation Hubs Layout Plan & Detailed Plan for Major Transportation Hubs of Zhuhai City.
