Jinxia Economic Development Zone

Changsha Jinxia Economic Development Zone (JEDZ) is one of ten important provincial development zones approved by the Hunan Provincial People's Government in 1992. It is the only core development zone for the logistics industry in Changsha, and a development zone of recent focus in Changsha's overall planning approved by the State Council. It is the only development zone to enjoy the four traffic advantages of water transport, highway, air transport and railway in Hunan province. 

JEDZ is located in the Kaifu district of Changsha with a planned area of 34.96 square kilometers. 

Also in the zone, Gaoling cluster focuses on the logistics trading industry, E'xiu cluster focuses on the real estate and trading industries and Qingzhuhu cluster focuses on logistics conventions and exhibition, tourism and auxiliary industries. The logistics industry serves as a backbone to lead the development of related trading, transportation and real estate industries.
