Hunan CSR Times Electric Vehicle Co Ltd (CSREV) is an important business part of China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation Limited（CSR）in new energy facility industry. It is the subsidiary of CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co Ltd. Its second largest shareholder is Liaoning SG Automotive Group Huanghai Bus Co Ltd.
