Shenzhen Nanshan Robotics Industrial Park

Nanshan Robotics Industrial Park （深圳南山机器人产业园） is the first of its kind in Shenzhen, Guangdong province. Nanshan district is a R&D base for advanced manufacturing industries, and boasts strong technical research capabilities to develop the industries of robotics and smart products.

Since 2014, Nanshan district has had 35 enterprises specializing in professional robotics and 15,000 employees in the field. The output value of these enterprises exceeded 5 billion yuan ($761 million) and the export value has topped 2.25 billion yuan. Several companies with strong R&D strengths and core technologies in robotics and smart equipment have settled in the district including Googol Tech, Leadshine and DJI.

In an effort to promote the robotics and smart equipment industries, the 42,615-square-meter robotics industrial park will include an R&D service platform to attract robotics companies and institutes, becoming an R&D base for industrial robots. 

In addition, the park is expected to be a top center of robotics and smart equipment industries in the country, which focuses on robots, wearable devices, new sensors and numerical control machine tools. It will also strive to seek breakthroughs in such key technologies as smart sensors, controllers, manufacturing and information processing.
