Employers increasingly demand Mongolian language skills

College graduates search for positions during an on-campus specialized job fair held at Hohhot Minzu College on Dec 9. The fair was organized by Inner Mongolia Career Guidance Center for College Graduates and Inner Mongolia Human Resources and Public Service Center. It was attended by 146 companies recruiting for over 6,000 jobs, and positions requiring the Mongolian language represented nearly 70 percent. Educational departments from Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region offered hundreds of jobs for new graduates. During the fair, a total of 1,784 graduates reached agreements with companies and institutes.
