Construction work takes place at Harbin Ice and Snow World, Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province on Dec 11. With the approaching of Harbin’s annual ice and snow festival, Harbin Ice and Snow World is racing to complete construction work at its site. An ice sculpture gradually takes shape at Harbin Ice and Snow World.
