Tiexi’s booming economy ranks first in Shenyang

The public budget revenue of Tiexi district in Shenyang exceeded 10 billion yuan ($1.51 billion) in the first 11 months with a year-on-year increase of 22.2 percent, finishing the 2017 year target one month in advance.

The tax revenue hit 9.77 billion yuan, seeing a year-on-year increase of 25.5 percent, and the output value of industry in Tiexi achieved 169 billion yuan, increasing 15 percent from 2016.

In addition, other economic indicators of the district, including GDP, fixed-assets investment and economic growth rate, all achieved double digit growth.

With such tremendous numbers, it is anticipated that Tiexi district’s economy volume and growth rate will rank first among all the districts in Shenyang.
