Xinji Leather City

As a part of Chilechuan scenic spot, Xinji Leather City is located at the northwest of the intersection of Altan Avenue and Chilechuan Street. It covers a total area of 230 mu (15.33 hectare) and has a building area of 250,000 square meters. With an investment of 1.2 billion yuan ($180.94 million), it consists of leather trade centers, commercial pedestrian streets, business hotels, high class residence communities and corresponding auxiliary facilities.

Xinji Leather City opened in September 2013, and has built the largest leather and fur industry gathering place, leather market and trade center in the Northwest.
