"Most of the senior residents are concerned with the medical issue most," said Li Jinzi, 71. "After listening to the explanation about the report, we are all confident we'll enjoy better medical security."
Lin has kept a "livelihood diary" with hundreds of thousands of words since 2001.
In her daily work, she seldom keeps to her office because she always visits residents in the community to help them with their problems.
In her diary, nearly all the problems and difficulties residents meet have been recorded and policies that benefit the community have been written down.
She does not remember how many problems she has solved for people but what she's done will never be forgotten by any of the residents.
Even though she is really busy these days, she said she never feels tired.
"I am sure the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China must be promoted greatly around us, just like the blooming azaleas," Lin said firmly.
