3. Complete Facilities 

Water and power supply: Yangzhou has fully developed power supply facilities in place with the total installed capacity of power generation having reached about 5 millionkilowatts. It provides all-round and high-quality electricity service to intending investors, and it is equipped with professional customer manager to meet demands of customers. It provides safe and reliable electricity by adopting double loops supply. Yangzhou takes multi-source water supply, with a supply capacity of one million tons per day. 

Gas and heat supply: In Yangzhou, natural gas of high quality is available for urban and commercial use. Total sale of Yangzhou Zhongran Urban Gas Development Co in 2016 was 147.2 million cubic meters, with multiple combined heat and power systems ensuring continuous steam supply. The annual heating capacity of Yangzhou Heating Co in 2016 was 7.54 million tons and the total length of heating pipelines in Yangzhou was 180 km. 

Logistics and Customs: Yangzhou Port enjoys complete inspection institutions and convenient formalities for Customs clearance, and has now adopted the new mode of Yangtze River Economic Belt Regional Integration Clearance. The city has constructed 10 provincial and city-level logistics clustering areas, including the Logistics Park of Yangzhou Port, Yangzhou Yangtze River Petrochemical Logistics Center, Yangzhou Trade & Commerce Logistics Park, and Yizheng Automobile Logistics Park. A number of logistics parks have been planned and constructed, such as the Yangzhou Airport Logistics Industrial Park, Yangzhou Express Industrial Park, and Yangzhou comprehensive logistics park. Famous logistics enterprises represented by Global Logistic Properties, China Merchants Logistics, and Lin'an Logistics have entered Yangzhou and are currently open for operations. Yangzhou Bonded Export Processing Zone keeps an increasing momentum on logistics business. 

Sewage treatment: In Yangzhou, the length of sewage pipe network is about 700 km and the daily capacity of sewage disposal has reached 380,000 tons. Yangzhou has achieved full coverage of sewage pipe network in urban area and part of the sewage pipe network has been extended to the surrounding towns, counties and industrial parks. Sewage disposal plants have been built at all counties, cities and key townships. 

Telecommunication: Yangzhou is a demonstration city of "Broadband China". There is wireless internet coverage throughout the urban area, and 4G service coverage in the entire city.
