From January to February 2018, the added value of Shaoxing's chemical fiber manufacturing industry increased by 41.6 percent year-on-year, and the growth rate was nearly 20 percent higher than that of the same period of last year.
Based on the traditional textile industry, a cross-border e-commerce park was constructed to boost the local textile industry, bringing together high-quality entrepreneurial service platforms such as Amazon and Ali International. The city aims to build a multifunction modern cross-border e-commerce industry complex that integrates various supporting services including logistics, incubation and training, big data and cloud computing.
So far, the cross-border e-commerce industrial park has signed 100 e-commerce enterprises and was officially put into use in October 2018.
