Vanke Spark Online Park

As an important part of Shenzhen's eastward strategy, Vanke Spark Online Park(万科星火Online) is an active participant in a series of projects of Longgang Innovative Industrial Park and thus in the industrial transformation and upgrading of Longgang district.

The park reconstructed plants into modern multifunctional houses to prolong the life of old buildings, which was in accordance with Shenzhen's industrial transformation policy. Guided by Longgang's industrial transformation and upgrading strategy, Vanke Spark Online is expected to achieve output value of 7.5 to 10 billion yuan ($1.14-1.52 billion), generate tax revenue of 1 billion yuan and offer job opportunities for 2,500-3,000 people.

The park is orientated as an innovative and ecological community for art design and industry, particularly the mobile internet industry.

It covers an area of 160,000 sq m, the first phase taking up about 80,000 sq m and overall floorage of about 56,000 sq m. With 38,000 sq m of ecological office space as the main body, the Spark Online Park is equipped with 6,000 sq m of ecological landscape, 4,000 sq m of featured business facilities, and a smart garage with a 13,600 high-tech parking places.

By the end of September, 2016, the signing rate of the park had reached 92 percent; delivery rate had risen to 100 percent and business operation rate was over 80 percent. It has clustered a number of innovative and dynamic emerging Internet technology and cultural enterprises.
