Overseas Chinese Town East

Overseas Chinese Town East (OCT East), located at Dameisha of Shenzhen, China, is nine sq km in area. It was elaborately designed by OCT Group with 3.5 billion yuan ($530 million). It is the first large comprehensive domestic National Ecological Tourism Demonstration Area to be awarded by the National Tourism Administration and the National Environmental Protection Administration. It brings together relaxation, vacationing, sightseeing, outdoor sports popular science education and ecological exploration.

It consists of six parts, Knight Valley Eco Park, Tea Stream Valley Holiday Park, Wind Valley Sports Park, Huaxing Temple, Theme Hotel Cluster and Tianlu Mansion, all embodying a harmonious coexistence between people and nature. 

Driven by an operating philosophy of bringing people back to the outdoors, it plans to continue as a model attraction with well-equipped facilities and advanced management experience.
