Taihua Wutong Island

Taihua Wutong Island(泰华梧桐岛) lies in the core area of aviation new city, near Baoan International Airport and the planned Shenzhen Second Exhibition Center. It neighbors Baoan Avenue, China National Highway 107 and Yanjiang highway. It is very close to the Gushu Station of the subway Luobao Line.

The project covers an area of 86,000 sq m and the floorage is 191,000 sq m. Its office area is 130,000 sq m with 20,000 sq mof eco-lake, which is a low-density and eco-type detached house for headquarters offices. Its design incorporates a balcony along three sides and a lobby with natural lighting. Its overall design has been pre-certified with a LEED gold award.

The project insists on a high-standard and high-level cultural design, and aims at building an innovative demonstration park for high-end industries.
